The Strategy Of Clarinet Teaching In Primary School Music Class

In primary school music classes,the clarinet is a very popular instrument as it is small,cheap,easy to carry,easy to learn,easy to maintain and has a fixed pitch.Especially since the implementation of "music instrument go into the classroom" policy in China,learning clarinet becomes more and more popular.Many teachers use it to build students’ interest in learning music,to develop their ability to understand and create music.And this also helps students learn basic music knowledge effectively and autonomously.What is more,this also develops their ability of playing music instruments.And clarinet learning is a good way to promote music literacy.And meanwhile,clarinet learning can help teachers enrich music classroom teaching too.So we can see the importance of clarinet learning.However,influenced by the traditional pedagogical approach,there are still many teachers not paying enough attention to teaching clarinet,making the current situation of clarinet teaching and learning ineffective.Besides,there are still many other problems,such as homogeneous pedagogical methods,improper teaching content and so on,which have seriously hindered the development of clarinet teaching,and also restricted the clarinet learning of primary school students.Therefore,this paper takes Huikangli Primary School in Jianghan District of Wuhan City as an example to find out the problems through investigation,research and practice.This paper aims to study the implementation of clarinet teaching in primary school music classes,through the investigation of clarinet classroom teaching to understand its current problems,and then propose corresponding teaching strategies to solve the existing problems and identify their causes from the root.Lastly,the educational objectives of instrumental music education in the new curriculum standard can be fulfilled in this area and achieve a higher level.And this paper can also provide a reference for clarinet teaching in primary school music classes.
