Abstract/Summary:
As a humanities and social science discipline,history has the educational function of inheriting human civilization,revealing the laws governing the development of human society and improving the overall quality of the people.In school education,history teachers play an irreplaceable role.Therefore,the professional development of history teachers is an uninterrupted process,a necessary guarantee for improving the quality of history teaching,and it is also to meet the needs of the development of the discipline.This study is based on the fact that junior high school history teachers in Huangchuan County of Henan Province participated in county-level teaching and research activities from 2016 to 2018,mainly from three parts:The first part:factors affecting the professional development of teachers.The professional development of teachers is influenced by external factors such as social environment,working environment,specific events in education and teaching,and post-employment training.On the other hand,internal factors such as teachers’professional spirit and professional ideals,autonomy and autonomy are also for teachers.Professional development has a greater impact.This article analyzes from two aspects,both internal and external,and can trace the source to "the right medicine".The analysis of this part provides reference for the later coping strategies.The second part:The status quo and analysis of the professional development of junior middle school history teachers in Huangchuan County.Through the multi-dimensional analysis of the history education and teacher profile of junior high school in our county,the types of teaching and research activities,the questionnaires of teachers and students and the interview results,the author finds that the grassroots teaching and research activities organized by the County Education Bureau promote the professional development of junior high school history teachers.The results are remarkable.However,there are also the following problems:the lack of emphasis on the participation of teachers in teaching and research activities,the slow update of teaching and research activities,the less influence of teaching and research activities on teacher reflection and teacher professional development planning,and the lack of financial support for teaching and research activities.The third part:the optimization strategy of the teaching development activities of junior high school history teachers professional development.According to the requirements of the new curriculum reform and combined with the analysis of the first two parts,from the two aspects of innovation internal incentive mechanism and external incentives:carry out activity needs analysis,strengthen the support of school leaders,improve teachers’ reflective ability and other solutions,with a view to Provide reference and help for the development of grassroots teaching and research activities in the future.
