Teaching reference,which is used together with textbooks,is a common tool in teachers' daily teaching.Topic selection of compiling version history teach grade seven top volume as the research object,trying to review the relation of history teaching in teachers' professional knowledge development,after a review of academic research results,wingsley thought in depth of the new curriculum reform development phase,in order to satisfied the development of the history teachers' needs,history teachers should not cling to traditional functional positioning,and should extend its function,to promote the education of teachers learning in the course materials.This paper takes the first volume of history teaching in grade 7 as an example,combining text analysis and questionnaire survey.From the analysis results,although the history teaching reference can promote the development of teachers' professional knowledge,it still needs to be further strengthened.In order to more effective use of history teaching and promote the development of professional knowledge,teachers in the teaching should follow the principle of pertinence,integrity and development use,the use of history teaching in conventional teaching,such as the use of teaching reference to grasp teaching material writing intention,understanding teaching goal,the breakthrough teaching difficult point and development history of teaching resources,promote the development of their own professional knowledge,improve teaching skills,and through the case study analysis.Of course,the problems existing in the development of history teachers' professional knowledge mainly include the conservative function of history teaching fails to meet the needs of teachers' professional knowledge development,and the neglect of history teachers to their professional knowledge.In this regard,the author puts forward some Suggestions on how to reasonably allocate the staff of historical teaching staff and how to optimize the design and development mode of historical teaching staff. |
