Education reform has been a hot spot in the world today,teachers who is the participants and designers of the class,have received a lot of attention,and how to optimize the teachers’ structure and improve the professional quality of teachers has become the urgent problem of education reform.The teacher professional learning community also brings hope to the professional development of teachers.This study consists of five parts: the first part is the introduction,which introduces the positive significance of the construction of the history teachers’ professional learning community,and describes the dynamic and value of the research.The second part,it focuses on the connotation of the history teacher professional development and the history teacher professional learning community.Although there are many researches on "teacher professional learning community",its connotation has not formed the definitive conclusion.Through the analysis of Chinese and foreign theories and combining with the actual situation in China,these six constitutive elements are summed up,such as "Shared vision,Shared practices and collective exploration,rights sharing,supporting conditions,cooperative culture and external relations",it lays the research idea for this paper.In addition,chinese cooperation tradition has provided the realistic soil for the construction and development of the history teachers’ professional learning community.In the third part,two high school senior middle school teachers in Nanchong City were selected as the research object.Using questionnaire survey and questionnaire survey and interview method,this paper in which using questionnaire survey and questionnaire survey and interview method discusses the development status of history teachers’ professional learning community under the background of new curriculum reform.The fourth part,in view of the problems existing in the research samples in the school and combination with the practical demand of history teacher professional development and actual situation in school,It puts forward the optimization tactics of the history teacher professional learning community.Finally,this is for the conclusion of this article.This paper discusses the connotation,constituent elements and basic expressions of the professional learning community of history teachers,the present situation and existing problems of the current history teachers’ professional learning community are studied empirically.and then on how to effectively promote teacher professional learning community development strategy with reference value.
