With the continuous development of national education information.construction and application of quality Educational Resources has become an important task,micro-course as a kind of digital education resource with clear goal,prominent theme,easy to make,short and sharp,has been paid attention to by many researchers and front-line teachers.But in such an upsurge,people have misunderstandings about the design of micro-courses in practice,for example,just using the interception of classroom clips and simple screen recording to make micro-lessons.Therefore,how to improve the design quality of micro-courses is an urgent problem in the construction of high-quality educational resources.The aim of this study is to take the empirical study of physics micro-video in excellent middle schools as the foothold,through content analysis,qualitative observation and quantitative analysis are used to study motivational strategies in micro-video.In order to sum up the characteristics of the use of motivational strategies in excellent physical micro-video.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the characteristics of motivational strategies used in excellent physical micro-videos,and to help teachers and micro-course designers to provide reference for the specific operation of motivational strategies.Based on the above understanding,this study mainly consists of two parts:First,with the help of ARCS motivation model,a video analysis category table with three main dimensions of attention strategy,correlation strategy and confidence strategy is constructed.And to test the reliability of the video analysis table,that is,to develop a research tool.Second,choose the first,second and third prize physics micro-video in China Micro-course Network in 2016 as the research object.The motivational strategies in the research object are encoded by the video analysis table and the encoded data are statistically compared and analyzed.Then it summarizes the motivational strategies commonly used in the current excellent physics micro-videos in middle schools and sums up the characteristics of their use.The research results show that the motivation strategy of the teacher in the excellent physical micro-video is as follows:In the attention dimension,rational use of perceptual activation strategy,intuitive presentation of teaching content,attracting students' attention;flexible use of inquiry activation strategy,display the real situation,activate students' inquiry desire;Frequent use of variability strategies to maintain students' attention.In the correlation dimension,reasonable use of goal orientation strategy,clear learning goals,use motivation matching strategy to stimulate learning motivation.In the dimension of self-confidence,use positive influence strategies to improve students' self-confidence.
