Through The Construction Of Students Improve Migrant Children Learning Adaptability Of Action Research

Nowadays, the education of the offspring of migrant workers hasbecome a growing social concern. How to reflect the justness andfairness of education, how to improve their learning adaptability andhow to provide them with the equal care and love are the top prioritythat we are always thinking about.The research intends to, through literature reference, surveys andinterviews and behavior study, explore a new solution available to thedevelopment of the learning adaptability of the offspring of migrantworkers in our school. We are hoping to help them involved in the teamwork voluntarily and adapted to the academic pressure easily byestablishing a three-level system of class organization---system ofregulation, system of activities and system of cultural environment. Weare also having an idea of extending what we have studied to otherstudents’ organizations to form a harmonious, solid and advancedschool atmosphere, which will eventually achieve our goal---joyfullearning and self developing.
