Trampoline was listed as an official event by the International Olympic Committee in 1997.In the same year,the National Sports Commission also issued a notice to carry out trampoline.Trampoline belongs to the skill-dominated category of difficult performance category,with rich movement content,diverse forms and types,known as "air ballet".Trampoline is a soft instrument,which requires high accuracy for athletes to take off.At the same time,athletes need to complete difficult movements in the air with high risk coefficient,and they need to adapt to the venue and equipment in advance before the competition.Therefore,the training in the competition area has become an indispensable part of the trampoline competition system.This paper takes the training arrangement of China’s elite trampoline athletes as the research object,takes the training of the 2020 National Championship as the video shooting and analysis object,and takes 95 online athletes participating in the 2022 National trampoline Championship as the investigation object.By means of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,video analysis and other methods,this paper studies the training of outstanding trampoline athletes in the competition area,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Zone training refers to the adaptive physical activities carried out by athletes after arriving at the competition site according to the competition regulations and training arrangements in order to adjust the competition state and adapt to the venues,equipment and environment.The main purpose is to warm up and prepare for the competition.The training in the competition area includes three stages: the training on the registration day,the training on the two days before the competition and the training on the match day,namely,the training mode is "1+2+3".(2)The athletes have a deep understanding of the importance of the training in the competition area.88.43% of the athletes think that the training in the competition area has a great or great impact on the performance of the competition.The role of training in the competition area was clearly understood,which mainly included adapting to the competition equipment(100%),adapting to the environment and other equipment of the competition venues(96.84%),finding the rhythm of the competition(92.63%)and adjusting the state of the competition(89.47%).(3)In terms of the time and content arrangement of the training in the competition area,the training content and time are different in different training stages.The training time mainly follows the competition schedule,and the training content is mainly based on online technical training,supplemented by special quality training on the ground.The TRAINING time on the Internet is 90 minutes two days before the match,20 minutes on the match day,and about 20 minutes on the ground special quality training.(4)On the registration day,athletes will generally carry out simple physical activities around the hotel,in the lobby,corridor or room,including aerobic exercise,static stretching,dynamic stretching during marching and special quality training,so as to make athletes adapt to the environment and temperature of the competition place and adjust their physical state.The training time is determined according to the time when the athletes arrive at the competition location,with a large degree of freedom.(5)The duration of a single training session is 150 minutes two days before the race,and the training arrangement is the preparation part(20%),the basic part(60%)and the end part(20%).Generally,the content of the preparation activities includes jogging,basic freehand exercises,dynamic stretching,static stretching and foam roller for fascia relaxation.Special preparation activities include vertical jump,split leg and body jump,belly and back bounce,different postures of the single movement.The basic part is mainly online technology,with combined action and complete action as the main,with a single difficulty action and shelf cover as a supplement.The end part mainly includes special quality training and relaxation activities.The purpose of training is to make the athletes adapt to the competition equipment and field,adjust the competitive state,and find the rhythm of the competition.(6)day training is divided into checking register at 1 hour and 20 minutes strong" technique training,special quality training and recovery training.(7)In the system of methods and means of training in the competition area,the training methods commonly used in special quality training include repeated training method,circuit training method and interval training method,and the continuous single practice method and mixed combination practice method are mainly used in special preparation activities and single difficult movement exercises.Among the set of exercises,the set of repetitions was used the most,accounting for 97.89%.Followed by the complete cycle method,accounting for 90.54%.(8)In the training load arrangement of the competition area,mainly low exercise and high intensity.The special quality training time is short,the amount of special technical training is smaller than the usual amount of training,but the training intensity of the competition area training is on the rise.(9)The main problems of the competition area training are as follows: athletes pay attention to online training while ignoring ground training;Not enough attention to the physical recovery after training in the competition area;Competition area training organization arrangement is more scattered,lack of planning.(10)The promotion strategies of the training in the competition area are as follows:strengthening the emphasis on ground training,especially the activation of deep muscles and small muscle groups before the Internet;According to the requirements of procedural competition to develop the training program;Strengthen the monitoring of athletes’ training in the competition area.
