Study On Educational Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Private Schools In Nine-year Compulsory Education Stage In S Town Of Pearl River Delta

As an important part of education,the private school helps to offer more educational opportunities in “migrant cities” within the developed area.In recent years,its rapid development has brought about quality problems,which has caught the attention of governments and scholars.Therefore,attaching great importance to the development of private education,analyzing its predicament,and providing related solutions are crucial for us to promote the development of education in China.This paper takes examples for the educational management problems during the nine-year compulsory education at S town in the Pearl River Delta and combines the author's personal experience of working in the educational department.The paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire,and interview so as to comprehensively analyze the status quo,existing problems,and restrictive factors of private education and offer solutions accordingly.The conclusion of the research is as follows:1.The problems faced by the private schools at S town are mainly deficient administrative management,restriction of fee standards,differences in management ideas,restriction on principles,management autonomy and the unstable turnover of teaching staff,etc.2.The above problems in private schools at S town are mainly due to the inequality between public and private education,deficient administrative management in private schools,and lack of developmental momentum.3.In order to solve these problems,the government should integrate private schools into the framework of public policies,assume management responsibility,and formulate development plans.It should also enhance the idea of school management,improve the governance structure,and strengthen the teaching and research capability.This paper aims at dealing with the teaching management problems in private schools at S town,facilitate the development of local private schools,and offer referable ideas to areas alike.
