| The implementation of the "double reduction" policy has placed higher demands on the quality of teaching in junior middle schools.The purpose of this study is to explore a suitable method of teaching quality management for junior middle schools in China by drawing on the theory of total quality management.This study used literature research method and survey research method to investigate the current situation of teaching quality management in junior middle schools in K city based on total quality management theory.It explores the deficiencies in the teaching quality management process and analyzes the factors affecting the effectiveness of teaching quality management from the subject,content,and process dimension,and proposes corresponding improvement measures accordingly.This study concluded that to improve the effect of teaching quality management in junior middle schools,we should start from the dimension of supervising subjects,complementing management subjects,clarifying management goals and improving management organization system;meanwhile,taking into account management contents,strengthening quality management of human,material and resources;finally,focusing on management process,improving management system and standardizing management process. |
