Research On The Improvement Strategy Of Teaching Quality In Private Middle Schools

Private secondary school is a new running school mode existing in the transition from elite education to mass education of our secondary education.Combining local school-running idea and setting “people,excellent,independent” characteristics,private secondary school closely integrate the cultivation of talents with the need of the society,which is of great practical significance.However,due to the short establishment time,backward running concept of school administrators,lack of accepting market-oriented idea and effective of student,inadequate of teacher training and inappropriate teaching method,private secondary school in general has many problems need to be improved such as a lack of school characteristics,clear personnel training objectives,motivation for learning of students,irrational teaching staff structure and teaching effect.These problems,it is said above,have restricted the teaching quality of private secondary school,which should be paid much more attention and explore strategy actively.This paper makes a special study on how to improve teaching quality of private secondary school.Combining with the practical working experience,pedagogy and educational administration knowledge of the author,this paper utilizes many techniques about investigation,literature study and comparative analysis.Taking a private secondary school in Harbin as samples,this paper mainly describes the background,significance and characteristics of private secondary school,analyzes the existed problems and reasons and proposes strategies for improving teaching quality.This paper is composed five parts.The first part introduces the reason of the title selections,the significance,the purpose,research methods and relevant literature of the study on teaching quality in private secondary school.The second part mainly discusses the theoretical basis,included TQM(Total Quality Management),quality improvement theory.The third part analyzes the current situation of the teaching quality.The forth part analyzes the causes of the current situation.The fifth part gives the improving strategy of the current situation in management,student and teacher.To improve the quality of teaching,we should make clear for running teaching with running characteristics,aim of talents cultivation based on local economy,tighten up themanagement of the students, strengthen the construction of teachers and choose teaching methods based on characteristic of student.Only by this can we effectively improve teaching quality and promote the sound development of the private secondary school.
