From the perspective of research on teaching management,this paper uses questionnaires,interviews and other methods to conduct a special study on the quality control management of secondary vocational classroom teaching,aiming to discover the problems existing in the current quality monitoring management of secondary vocational classroom teaching,and propose specific Solution.The quality monitoring management of secondary vocational classroom teaching mainly includes four dimensions,namely monitoring subject,monitoring content,monitoring method and monitoring feedback.In order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the quality supervision and management research of the secondary vocational classroom teaching,and the smooth progress of the research,this paper mainly uses the combination of questionnaires and interviews to the Weihai Education Bureau,the education department of Rongcheng City of Weihai City,and the Weihai Fishery School.School principals,teaching vice presidents,teaching chiefs,teaching and research team leaders and other teaching management personnel,first-line teachers,etc.are the research objects.Through investigation and research,it is found that the current quality control management of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools has problems such as imperfect construction of monitoring subjects,imperfect monitoring content,incomplete monitoring methods,and biased feedback and application of monitoring results.In order to better solve the above problems and improve the strategy of quality monitoring management of secondary vocational classroom teaching,this paper proposes targeted solutions for the four dimensions from the perspective of teaching management.Firstly,to establish a multi-class classroom teaching quality monitoring subject,the main methods include constructing the regular subject of classroom teaching quality monitoring,constructing the expert subject of classroom teaching quality monitoring,constructing the student subject of classroom teaching quality monitoring,and constructing the social subject of classroom teaching quality monitoring;Secondly,the implementation of the comprehensive monitoring of the quality of secondary vocational classroom teaching,including professional quality monitoring,theoretical teaching process quality monitoring,student learning quality monitoring;again,choose flexible classroom teaching quality monitoring methods,mainly including real-time monitoring,to promote teachers and students Growth,professional monitoring,improve teachers' professional quality,intermediary monitoring,and ensure social satisfaction;Finally,establish an evaluation feedback mechanism for classroom teaching quality monitoring and management,establish internal classroom teaching quality feedback information channels,and expand external classroom teaching quality feedback information channels,further Improve the feedback and adjustment system.
