The classroom teaching quality monitoring, which belongs to the category of teaching quality management, is specially designed for the realization of classroom teaching quality goals. The classroom teaching quality monitoring system contains the main body、the contents、different ways and the effects of the monitoring, which has very important significance for improving the education quality、teaching level and students’integrated development.This research according to the thinking logic of "investigate the present situation——find out the problems——analysis on the reasons——solve the problems", selecting Education Bureau of Xiangtan, the competent department of education in Yuetang District, Administrators of Junior High School from Yuetang District, teachers, students and their parents as the research objects, to do questionnaires and interviews. Through the analysis of the results of the survey, we find that the current problems of classroom teaching quality monitoring system and explore the reasons to put forward the corresponding perfect policies.After investigation, there are some main problems in junior middle school classroom teaching quality monitoring system:monitor the main body is incomplete, monitoring content is not comprehensive, monitoring method is relatively single, and monitoring feedback is not timely. There are some reasons which caused these problems:First, the main body can’t understand and don’t recognize the importance of the teaching quality monitoring system; Second, the monitoring work is difficult and more formal; Third, the monitoring feedback is too simple, and the application of the feedback results is utilitarian; Fourth, monitoring organization system is not enough coordination and institutional system still needs to be perfect. According to these problems, the author tries to put forward some corresponding countermeasures:Firstly, set up scientific teaching quality monitoring. For only if scientific monitoring subjects and monitoring objects’monitoring views are scientific, making the scientific monitoring system; And the scientific teaching quality monitoring includes a comprehensive and scientific monitoring view, the development and the characteristics of classroom teaching quality monitoring. Secondly, choose the flexible methods of monitoring depend on the present situation, for example according to the present monitoring method, professional monitoring method and medium monitoring method; Thirdly, we should improve classroom teaching quality monitoring system which includes the early, the process and late monitoring. Fourthly, strengthen the monitoring system of feedback mechanism. Feedback is an indispensable part of the whole monitoring system. After the complete monitoring, we should pay attention to the comprehensive feedback content, and emphasized the bilateral of the feedback results. Aim at improving the current junior middle school classroom teaching, and the problems of monitoring, perfecting the monitoring system and making it effective, in order to improve the teaching qualitv and nromote the develonment of iunior high school teaching...
