An Exploration Of The Classics Reading Course In A Township Junior High School In Zhongshan

The classic reading test becomes more careful and flexible in secondary school entrance exam because of the national attention.The schools in town still did not come up some effective countermeasures to chaotic class and lower grades.Therefore,if we want to change this situation and improve students’,language ability cultivation,we must treat the reading class as a subject and read famous books in class step by step.We need to design some likely reading classes that also fit students’,need really.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction,firstly the chosen reason in four parts:The study of Chinese,Status of reading,the reform of exam,the attention of the relevant departments;Secondly the value of this research;Then find the point of this study by related studies of classic reading at home and abroad.The second part is about the curriculum and value of reading class from two aspects.At first,explain several related concepts of this study,like "classic reading","curriculum";Then state the value of classic reading of junior school student in three aspects;The need of mental growth,the necessary of Chinese learning,inheriting demands of culture.The third part is about investigation and analysis of classic reading.With the collection by investigation and interview of opinions about classic reading among all the students and ten teachers of grade eight in writer’s school,we can understand that the real reading class which needs to change and rebuild from the analysis result.The fourth part is a discussion of a viable model of classic reading class from a practical point of view.Consider a junior middle school in a town in Zhongshan as an example,with the experiment of reading stratagem by excerpt,mind maps,films reading,act reading,reading performance,reading communication and so on.Summarize their characteristics and process scheme and explores the types of lessons and evaluationcriterion.The fifth part is about efficiency and conclusion.First the preliminary result which includes the students attention to reading is promoted considerably,the control of class is heightened by teachers,the reading scores is improving;Then the reflection of the whole research in practical time,the ower degree of parental involvement.The less development of teaching materials.Hope that we can overcome shortcomings and continue to build the classic reading class.
