| In June 2001,the Ministry of Education issued the outline of basic Education Curriculum Reform(trial),which states: "Teachers should actively interact with students in the teaching process,develop together,and deal with the relationship between imparting knowledge and cultivating ability." Under such a policy background,improving the interaction between teachers and students in the process of classroom teaching has become one of the directions of education and teaching reform.However,under the influence of domestic traditional educational culture,teachers still face some difficulties in the process of adopting "interactive" classroom teaching.Some teachers’ understanding of the new curriculum reform is limited by their own teaching ideas and teaching ability.How to carry out teacher-student interaction in the process of classroom teaching and improve the level of classroom teacher-student interaction is not only lack of theoretical cognition,but also lack of practical teaching operation ability.Therefore,it is necessary to study the interaction between teachers and students in order to reveal the law of interaction between teachers and students in the teaching process,so as to provide the theoretical and teaching strategy guidance of teacher-student interaction for primary and secondary school teachers.One of the difficulties in the study of classroom teacher-student interaction lies in the accurate and effective evaluation of teacher-student interaction.Among the existing research results,CLASS(Classroom Assessment Scoring System)is a more advanced classroom teacher-student interaction evaluation tool.This evaluation tool has not only been fully verified in theory and practice in the field of research,but also used in many schools to evaluate the teacher-student interaction in preschool and primary school classes.In China,CLASS has only begun to introduce it into the study of teacher-student interaction in primary school in recent years.Because the object of study It is also relatively single,but different types,different backgrounds of schools,classroom teacher-student interaction has different characteristics,so it is necessary to carry out targeted research for different types of schools and put forward the corresponding personalized teaching reform countermeasures and suggestions.In this study,A primary school,which has the typical background characteristics of "withdrawal andschool",is selected as the research object to study the classroom teacher-student interaction in the first to third grades,in order to understand the characteristics of the current situation of teacher-student interaction in this kind of schools.This paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward the strategies of interactive improvement in order to promote the development of teaching and improve the comprehensive quality of students in an all-round way.Therefore,this study first carries on the literature research,understands the meaning of the concepts such as "interaction" and "classroom teacher-student interaction",and combs the existing research of classroom teacher-student interaction at home and abroad.On this basis,this study is based on CLASS design classroom teacher-student interaction observation practice,from the first to third grades of A primary school 18 classes.The classroom teaching scene observation and video repetition observation were carried out,and the classroom teacher-student interaction was scored according to the CLASS guide.SPSS 22.0 is used to process the collected data.The results show that the teacher-student interaction between teachers and students in the first to third grades is in the middle level,and the average score of teacher-student interaction in the classroom is higher for the teachers in the lower age group,the lower age group and the middle and low school age groups.Through further analysis of the results,and the analysis of the attributions of the problems,the differences between different types of teacher-student interaction are analyzed respectively.it is found that the teachers in the lower age group and the middle and low school age groups can get higher scores.This is due to its ability to better create a positive interactive atmosphere,timely and effective interactive feedback,and has updated teaching ideas,higher professional enthusiasm,deeper professional knowledge and broader teaching ideas.Based on the characteristics and shortcomings of classroom teacher-student interaction in the first to third grades of A primary school,this study analyzes the influencing factors of classroom interaction from the aspects of teachers and students,and analyzes the influencing factors of classroom interaction from teachers’ emotional support and class management.From the point of view of teaching support and school management,this paper puts forward some teaching strategies to improve the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom. |
