The quality teaching of expert teachers stems from efficient classroom teacher-student interaction.Teacher-student interaction refers to the interaction process between teachers and students in the teaching process,the comparative study of the teacher-student interaction between high school novice and expert mathematics teachers can diagnose classroom teacher-student interaction and improve the efficiency of classroom teacher-student interaction of novice teachers.This has very important theoretical and practical significance for the professional development of novice teachers.This comparative study takes the real classroom video of 6 novice math teachers and 6 expert math teachers in the internship school as the research object,uses the CLASS evaluation system as a research tool,focuses on classroom teacher-student interaction between high school novice and expert mathematics teachers.The main work of this research:?overview the domestic and foreign research results of novice and expert teachers and classroom teacher-student interaction from multiple levels and perspectives;?Observation and record the real classroom video of 6 novice math teachers and 6 expert math teachers,evaluate and compare the quality of teacher-student interactions of each teacher;?Analyze the influencing factors of the quality of teacher-student interaction of novice mathematics teachers combined with specific teaching cases and propose a corresponding promotion strategy.The main conclusions and opinions of this study:?The CLASS scores of high school mathematics novice teachers are significantly lower than the expert teacher,especially in Teacher Sensitivity and Productivity and Instructional Learning Formats and Content Understanding.?The problem of the low quality of teacher-student interaction in the high school mathematics novice teacher:Teachers have not established a correct educational concept,incomplete knowledge structure,lack of teaching summary and reflection,class design is too monotonous and interactive.?The improvement strategy of classroom teacher-student interaction quality for high school mathematics novice teacher:Change the concept of education and teaching,attach importance to teacher-student interaction,optimize and improve subject teaching knowledge,adhere to teaching reflection and research,improve their professionalism,create rich classroom situations and create an interactive atmosphere.
