With the development of city and the decline of the school-age population of our country, some schools began to face the reality of students decrease. At the same time, people’s pursuit of high-quality educational resources and intensify the ordinary school enrollment in the pressure, improve the quality of teaching in this case, to attract students is not only the objective requirements of quality cultivation of students, more is a big problem for the survival and development of a school. In many ways to improve the quality of teaching, teaching in small classes is to reduce one of the effective methods to improve the teaching quality in the case of students.The start of the study on the small class teaching, believe small-class teaching in small class size based on the ideas of modern education as the guidance, take the student development as the fundamental purpose, formed by reform of teaching content, teaching method, teaching organization form, teaching implementation, teaching strategies and teaching mode such a class teaching activities. The constructivism and humanism education theory, analyzes the connotation of small-class teaching itself.Teacher-student interaction in the classroom is the primary class-rization teaching advantage, in this study, the small-class teaching in the classroom interaction between teacher and students as the breakthrough point for the research study. In the third part of this study, through the in-depth classroom teaching, because students in a reduced and small-class teaching forms the natural School of observing on the spot. After a month of teacher-student interaction of observation, the author found some existing in the activities between teachers and students the school classroom problem:teacher-student interaction in the classroom teacher interaction, teacher-student interaction in the classroom interaction in the group of low frequency, long time, teachers’responses to single mode, teacher-student interaction in class, teacher initiate interaction teacher plays a principal role in the interaction. In-depth analysis of these problems, teachers in the interaction in the main position, normal response mode is single, lack of emotional response division group interaction, students participate in less in the division group interaction in the issues raised by teachers are often false problem, teaching organization form ignored group learning of teacher-student interaction, students lack of interest Teacher-student interaction in the classroom effectiveness.In the fourth part, in view of the problems from the teachers and students from two aspects and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, help for the benign development of the small-class teaching, also hope to form to other nature similar to the school the class school teaching reform be helpful.
