| Novice teachers are the stage that every teacher has to experience,and it is also a crucial stage in deciding a new teacher to start a career.Through the collection of existing materials and literature,in the existing research,most of the professional adaptation of teachers existed in primary school teachers and junior high school teachers,and it is rare to study new kindergarten teachers.Through the study of the new job adaptation of kindergarten teachers,we can help us quickly understand the problems existing in the new pre-school education teachers,explore the problems in them,and provide countermeasures for kindergartens and the entire education industry to help new teachers to quickly pass the vocational adaptation period.This research is based on the literature review and the new teacher profession.From the observer’s point of view,taking the school education novice teacher as an example,the research method of the grounded theory is mainly used to construct the vocational adaptation model of the school education novice teacher.In theory,it provides a theoretical basis for the study of vocational adaptation of novice teachers in preschool education.At the same time,it also fills the lack of vocational adaptation research for novice teachers in preschool education,and provides new research ideas for this research.In practice,it can help novice teachers to quickly pass the stage of occupational adaptation.It is not only the improvement of the teachers themselves,but also the practical significance of the long-term development of the entire teaching team.This study is based on the analysis of interview results,and further discovers the factors affecting the career adaptation of new teachers in preschool education and the causes of occupational maladjustment.This study puts forward the following suggestions for accelerating the career adaptation process of novice teachers in preschool education: First,at the government level,it is necessary to increase the investment in university education funds and establish the teacher entry security;secondly,in the kindergarten aspect,it is necessary to establish a harmonious.The atmosphere and culture of the park provide good interpersonal adaptation for novice teachers.In addition,from the perspective of teachers themselves,we must strengthen self-adjustment and establish a positive and optimistic work attitude. |
