Wang Yimin is a special-grade Chinese teacher working in Zhenjiang Foreign Language School,Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province.His educational theory accomplishment is very solid and has a deep educational sentiment.Over the years,he insisted on educational narrative,philosophical thinking about himself and current Chinese teaching.In addition,he has a written record of thinking and exploring over a million words.Through the long-term accumulation of teaching,Mr.Wang has formed a relatively mature Chinese classroom teaching mode,in which dialogue teaching has a wider impact.This paper studies Mr.Wang Yimin's dialogue teaching and the reasons for the formation of dialogue teaching are discussed in the paper from four aspects:the change of teaching paradigm,the return of language standard,the reflection of classroom teaching and the innovation of self-exploration.Mr.Wang's unique dialogue teaching mode is summarized by studying his lessons.Mr.Wang's Chinese classroom dialogue teaching mainly includes two forms: "questioning" dialogue and "confrontation" dialogue.The characteristics of Chinese subject are well embodied through these two forms of dialogue teaching.By letting students go deep into the text,students' divergent thinking is trained,and more profound language experience is gained.The main elements of Mr.Wang's dialogue teaching are considered to attach importance to students,optimize problem design and promote classroom generation.Through the study of Mr.Wang's Chinese dialogue teaching,teachers 'teaching tack and teaching wisdom can be improved.
