How to realize the validity of composition teaching in the process of reform isstill difficult problem in today’s language teaching. People are constantly introducingnew teaching ideas, to explore suitable methods, with the theory of dialogue isgradually introduced into the teaching field. Based on principles of equality,democratic organization dialogue composition teaching widely influenced the batchlanguage teacher, many front-line teachers conducted a series of attempts, but thediscussion focused on oral composition, for example the overt dialogue compositionteaching organization form.A teacher’s concept and teaching method, has great help to the effectiveimplementation of teaching, this article selects the special-class teacher, the essaywriter Wang Dongsheng was born in Jiangsu province as the research object, based onthe theory of dialogue, to explore the "citizens, equality, dialogue" as the principle ofcomposition teaching, explore the implementation method of composition teachingvalidity.In Wang Dongsheng’s composition teaching, he not only focus on the dialoguethe existence of the dominant factors, but also focus on the recessive factors in hisattention to the deeper dialogue. Implicit dialogue pay more attention to in a certainway, affect the development of the students spirit, this influence to improve students’writing accomplishment deeper, but in the few attention to this field. Composition ismore spiritual "enlightenment", speech is the external form, pay attention to theexistence of implicit dialogue, to study is the important way to realize the thesisteaching validity.Above all, this thesis mainly born from teacher Wang Dongsheng’s educationessay composition teaching, classroom activity, student studies and reviews. Thispaper combined with Chinese curriculum standard, dialogue theory. From throughoutthe Wang Dongsheng’s living concept of "dialogue" to research the composition ofteaching concept and practical value for invisible dialogue. The essay to help improvestudents’ writing quality.
