As the economy of Zhejiang Province changes from high-speed growth to high-quality growth,the economic development mode is undergoing three major changes in quality change,efficiency change and power change.Some traditional enterprises are undergoing transformation and upgrading,emerging enterprises and industries are emerging in an endless stream.Industry industries have put forward higher requirements for skilled talents.Skilled talent is no longer a front-line worker who only needs to complete a specific operation,but also needs to improve its overall quality and level.High-skilled talents have become the mainstay of high-skilled talents in economic development and are the key to enhancing the core competitiveness of the industry.However,from the current situation,the quantity and quality of high-skilled talents in Zhejiang Province have a certain gap with the actual demand.In particular,the specifications and scale of vocational education to train skilled personnel have yet to be improved,and the sensitivity to actual needs needs to be strengthened.At the same time,the current academic research on the demand forecast of high-skilled talents in Zhejiang Province is lacking,and the research of specialized high-skilled talents is an important topic to promote the cultivation of high-skilled talents in Zhejiang Province,especially the use of existing economic data for medium and long-term high skills.Predictive analysis of talent demand can better provide reference and guidance for vocational colleges and education departments to formulate skills training programs.This research uses the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,firstly expounds the theoretical basis of the article,and discusses the connotation and extension of high-skilled talents,that is,high-skilled personnel refers to the first-line production,and obtains the qualification certificates of the first,second and third grades.Senior technical,technical and senior technicians,and complex technical talents who have a major technological breakthrough or function in key links,can solve the problems of production and operation,and have high professionalism and innovative spirit.Secondly,by analyzing the current situation of high-skilled talents in Zhejiang Province from the perspectives of quantity and structure,the contradiction between supply and demand of high-skilled talents in Zhejiang Province is discussed from the perspectives of society,enterprises and universities.From a social point of view,the current social class of high-skilled talents in the job market is unreasonable;from the perspective of enterprises,the willingness of Zhejiang enterprises to actively cultivate high-skilled talents is low;from the perspective of universities,higher vocational colleges set the structure imbalance.On this basis,this research examines the demand for high-skilled talents and economic development in Zhejiang Province over the years.Based on the principle of selecting indicators,the SPSS is used to select the index system that affects the demand of high-skilled talents.The Back Propagation Neural Network model,combined with the GM(1,1)prediction model,initially predicted the demand for medium and long-term high-skilled talents in the province until 2030.Research shows that in the future,from the perspective of the growth rate of demand for high-skilled talents,the demand for high-skilled talents in Zhejiang Province will continue to surge.From the perspective of supply and demand changes,the contradiction between supply and demand of high-skilled talents is still grim.At the same time,this paper borrows the talent output elasticity formula to predict the quality level of high-skilled talents in the future.The forecast results show that the quality of high-skilled personnel in Zhejiang Province will be improved to a certain extent.Finally,based on the results of quantitative analysis,the article puts forward the targeted supply suggestions for the cultivation of high-skilled talents in Zhejiang Province in line with the characteristics of Zhejiang's economic model.From the perspectives of high-skilled talents,attracting people and retaining people,the relevant strategies are proposed.Zhejiang Province provides high-skilled personnel training to provide certain theoretical support.At the end of the paper,the shortcomings of the research are put forward for the limitations of the current research,and a new prospect for future research is proposed.
