Special education is an important part of education and an important part of harmonious society.In today's China,special education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Promoting education equity and improving education quality are two major tasks of current education reform.The outline of the national program for medium-and long-term education reform and development(2010-2020)lists special education in a separate chapter,proposes to vigorously develop special education,help special people integrate into society,requires governments at all levels to incorporate it into local development plans,and calls on the whole society to care about and support the development of special education.The establishment of a sufficient number of qualified professional special teachers is the key to the success of special education.Refer to the 2017 national education statistical bulletin,there are over 55000 special education teachers in our country,than at the beginning of reform and opening up more than 6000 people were increased by several times,the quality of the teachers are also improved steadily,because the special education in China starts late,special education teachers team construction and the development of teachers in ordinary team there are still some gaps,the shortage of education teachers and the quality is not high,is still in the development of education needs to solve problems,so it is very urgent to strengthen the cultivation of special education teachers.Based on the related research,the methods of field research,questionnaire survey,in-depth understanding of special education teacher training the basic situation of nanning and special education teachers'training needs,aiming at the condition of the investigation to find out the problems existing in the training process,and combined with related theoretical analysis its reason,proposed the government from the law,planning,added a third party agency incentives and social identity of teachers for the construction of the powerful guarantee,intensify pre-employment training,starting from the demand for a good job after training,set up a more targeted training content,make teachers more accurate positioning,help build special children's ability of career development and confidence,The significance of special education teacher training can be reflected.To run special education well,we need to integrate the forces of all sectors of society.Only by strengthening the functions of the government and giving full play to the guiding role of relevant government departments can we run special education well.
