Due to the influence of endemic diseases,inter-parental marriage,multiple births,poverty,poor medical conditions,and low level of parental culture,the prevalence of disability in ethnic minority areas in China is relatively high.Only relying on high-quality teachers can meet the growing educational needs of children with special needs.Since the reform and opening up,China's special education teacher training and training has gradually become more formalized and diversified.It has initially formed a special education teacher training and teacher education system that is in line with China's national conditions.However,the number of special education teachers is insufficient and the quality is insufficient.It is still a problem that needs to be solved in the development of special education.Combining the theory of multiple intelligences,the theory of special education teacher professionalization,and the integration of pre-service post-employment training for special education teachers,based on the status quo of education for children with special needs in GuangXi(specifically including preschool,compulsory education,senior secondary vocational education,and higher education The current status of the special education school in GuangXi,the status quo of special education schools in GuangXi,and the status quo of teachers in Guangxi special education schools analyzes the problems existing in the teachers' training,training status,employment status,and other issues in the Y and S special education teacher training colleges in GuangXi.The performance is as follows: 1.The scale of enrollment is small and non-first choice is the majority;2.The training objectives lack levels and differences;3.In terms of curriculum setting,the Y colleges emphasize professional skills and lowthe oretical knowledge training,while the S universities focus on disciplines.Professional courses,light education courses,overlapping of some courses and other issues,the curriculum lags behind the actual needs;4.The practical teaching links are not reasonable,Y colleges and universities are cumbersome in practice teaching,and the cycle is long.The practice teaching of S universities is weak;5 The lack of localization training;6.Bilingual special teachers develop blanks,etc.,analyze the reasons for the existence of problems Autonomous Region,special education teacher training started late,low starting point,behind natural social environment,the concept behind the special education),put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
