With China's economic development,social transformation,and the rapid emergence of the information age,the youth group faces many challenges in the process of socialization,and at the same time it has also produced some social problems in personal growth.According to the Chaoyang District Education Commission,there are a total of 125 students in the “problem students”,and there are more than 30 people who need psychological help.Therefore,it is urgent and necessary to strengthen the attention and services of young people.They are in adolescence and are an important period for the formation of self-identity.Change and rebellion are the most important characteristics of adolescence.Their intelligence,emotions and emotions,self-awareness,personality,sexual consciousness,growth and developmental needs all show the interaction of subject and object,the combination of turbulence and stability,and the unity of mutation and gradual change.Therefore,the young people at this stage are the most unstable period and the most plasticity period,so the students show a trend of diversity.However,in schools,students who do not meet the standards are simply labeled as “problem students” and will inevitably affect their self-awareness.Affect the development of its normal personality.Through the participating social work service projects of the Chaoyang District to help the school,the author traces back the entire group to intervene in the service process,and concludes that the social workers use the group work to improve the general working methods of the “problem students”school adaptability,which can be similar to this issue.Research and practice provide reference.On the one hand,it helps middle school “problem students”to get out of the current predicament as soon as possible,improve their school adaptability,better adapt to school life,and help these middle school“problem students”to eliminate false self-cognition and correct deviant behaviors."Normal people",from the perspective of the school,make them not excluded by teachers and classmates in school,thus eliminating their sense of inferiority.From a social point of view,it is also possible to eliminate the possibility of potential crimes and to help them establish the correct three views,to keep them away from the path of illegal crimes,and to grow healthier and happier.In theory,this paper applies the group work method to improve the adaptability of middle school“problem students”,and can further enrich the practical theory of group work methods in specific groups.In practice,in the various services that use group work as the intervention method,there is also a lack of school-adaptive counseling for middle school “problem students”.The author's service team pays attention to the physical and psychological pressure of this group of people and carries out Service,research intervention can well fill the gaps in practice.For the “problem students”who participate in the group,the service can help them better handle the interpersonal interactions in the school,learn how to take effective ways to resolve their negative emotions,and face all kinds of learning and life with a more positive attitude.The pressure on the school,learn to effectively regulate the role of students and children in school.Verifying the effectiveness of the group's working methods on the “problem students” intervention is not only an opportunity to expand the social work methods,but also a practical measure to explore educational reforms.This study has enriched the practical application of social work practices in schools and adolescents to a certain extent.
