Abstract/Summary:
Teenagers in today’s society are facing unprecedented and anxiety,but senior school students are deeply by test anxiety.Test anxiety is one of the main factors affecting the health of senior school students.If it is not handled properly,senior school students will be infinitely harmful.Nowadays more and more literature studies show that mindfulness intervention plays an active role in promoting subjective and objective measurement of physical and mental health.this paper uses 8-week mindfulness training based on Kabat-Zinn J’ mindfulness group training course intervention experiment to explore the effect of mindfulness training on senior school students’ test anxiety and reduce senior school students’ test anxiety,promote the healthy development of young students,and promote the teaching quality of secondary school.At the same time,it also enriches and improves the development of the treatment anxiety system,and provides reference for the related psychological treatment anxiety.Using the random sampling method,1250 students in a second-grade senior school were tested in the Secondary School Student’Test Anxiety Test Questionnaire and 60 students who met the enrollment criteria were selected according to the test anxiety degree.The 60 students were divided into control group and experimental group.Using the experimental method to give an intervention experiment of 8 weeks of mindfulness training for experimental group.Results:(1)In the screening of experimental subjects,485 people were diagnosed with severe anxiety(score greater than or equal to 75points)using the relevant test anxiety scale,with severe anxiety accounting for 46.3% and mild anxiety accounting for 20.6%,medium anxiety23.9% and 9.2% of the number of people who are calm.The test results show that most students have different levels of test anxiety.(2)After theintervention of mindfulness training,it was found that the test anxiety of the experimental group was significantly reduced(p≤0.01),but the test anxiety of the control group did not change significantly.At the same time,it was also found that the reduction of test anxiety has the influence of gender and other factors.(3)The results of the five-factor mindfulness awareness scale showed that there was no significant change in the level of mindfulness awareness before and after the control group,and the post-detection level of the mindfulness experimental group was significantly improved(p≤0.05).(4)The Kendalls tau-b correlation test showed that there was a strong correlation between the level of mindfulness and test anxiety scores and test scores(p≤0.05).Conclusions:(1)at present,the test anxiety of middle school students in China is quite serious.The study found that nearly 70.2% of the students are in the middle of high test anxiety.(2)Students’ 8 weeks of mindfulness training is of great help to alleviate their test anxiety.Mindfulness training can effectively reduce the test anxiety of the subjects.(3)Conducting mindfulness training can improve participants’ awareness,but there is no reliable evidence for improvement in academic achievement.
