Test anxiety is a negative emotion.Senior High school students worry too much about exam results and lead to excessive stress on exams.The examination anxiety of students in China is more serious.Examination anxiety has affected the students' study and life.As the pressure of college entrance examination increases,there are more and more studies on severe test anxiety.The influence factors and treatment methods of examination anxiety are attracting more and more attention.This study explores the influence of gender,class type,parent-adolescent communication,social support,types of temperament and mindfulness level of high school students on test anxiety.We used some questionnaires.Test Anxiety Scale,five facet mindfulness,Parent-Adolescent Communication Scale and so on.A survey of 130 high school students was conducted.The Pearson analysis was performed on these factors and test anxiety and the regression analysis of the influence factors of examination anxiety.The intervention study was conducted in the form of mindfulness training for 30 high school students.Used mindfulness training.At the end of mindfulness practice,analyze the effects of intervention.The data were statistically processed using SPSS.Independent sample t test was conducted for the experimental group and the control group before and after the test.T test was performed on the experimental group,the control group and the posttest data.By studying the influence factors of examination anxiety and the intervention effect of mindfulness training,some suggestive results have been found:The test anxiety of high school students is very serious.Most students are affected by test anxiety at different levels.Most of the students are suffering from the mood of the exam;The influence factors of the examination anxiety of high school students include parent-child communication,temperament type,the dimension of mindfulness,conscious action and non-judgment acceptance.All of these factors were significantly correlated with test anxiety.Examination anxiety in high school students was edge significantly correlated with gender.Test anxiety in social support,and class type are no significant differences;Mindfulness can significantly predict test anxiety.Mindfulness is an important factor of examination anxiety.Mindfulness training effectively reduces high school students' test anxiety.Mindfulness training can also help students with severe test anxiety.
