The source of pupils in primary schools in the urban-rural fringe area is more complex,and the conditions for running schools are different from those in cities and countryside.In recent years,there are many investigations and researches on the present situation of pupils' reading,but they are limited to general investigation and analysis.As far as the current situation of reading is concerned,there is a high degree of research on urban and rural pupils whose family and school environments are relatively single,while the study on the reading situation of primary school students in the urban-rural fringe is at the low ebb.Taking the primary school in Zhucheng Development Zone as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of pupils' reading,and discusses the countermeasures and practices of some countermeasures for the cultivation of pupils' reading literacy,which can provide a reference for the study of countermeasures for the cultivation of pupils' reading literacy.This paper makes a thorough understanding of the present situation of students' reading and teachers' views on the cultivation of students' reading literacy by means of students' questionnaires,parents' questionnaires,teacher interviews and student interviews,and probes into the problems existing in students,families and teachers.It is found that the present situation of pupils' reading in the urban-rural fringe can be summarized as follows:(1)students' reading foundation is poor and their reading quantity is small,students lack effective reading methods and skills,and their reading enthusiasm is poor.(2)families do not attach importance to students' reading,family cultural capital is seriously lacking,and parents' reading concept is biased.(3)teachers There are great differences in the cultivation of reading literacy,each of which has its own way.(4)The school lacks the continuous construction and renewal of hardware facilities,the arrangement of reading courses in the curriculum is unreasonable,and the relevant evaluation mechanism of reading cultivation is seriously missing.Under the background of vigorously carrying out the activity of "New Education and New Reading",this paper,from the angle of school teaching management and with the help of the activity platform of "New Reading",designs and implements the countermeasures from the three levels of school,teacher and family,taking thecultivation of pupils' reading literacy as the breakthrough point,and taking home as the starting point.Court training is the focus.The main training strategies are as follows:open reading at school level,diversify activities,improve the evaluation mechanism and other ways to cultivate students' reading literacy;teacher level through the creation of "near development zone",deepen the method guidance,strengthen the "home-teacher interaction" and other ways to carry out in-depth training;family level to enrich the text;We should pay more attention to parent-child reading,actively create a reading atmosphere and cooperate with the school.Through the investigation of the present situation of reading and the analysis of the reasons for the existing problems and the design of countermeasures,the results show that the reading literacy training strategies for primary school students in the urban-rural fringe are effective.It is hoped that the investigation method and the Cultivation Countermeasures of reading literacy in this paper can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for relevant or similar research.
