research and questionnaire survey.Under the background of overburdened primary school studentOverburdened schoolwork of primary school students is a concern of educational reform.Overburdened schoolwork not only does not improve the quality of primary school students' learning,but also seriously affects the physical and mental health of primary school students.According to the "Survey Report on Burden Reduction of Primary and Secondary School Students in 2018",pupils' sleep situation and sleep quality are not optimistic.Many pupils even sleep less than 8 hours a day.From this we can see that the problem of overburdened schoolwork of primary school students is serious,which has become an urgent problem to be solved in the educational circles,and should be paid enough attention to.In many disciplines of primary school,the problem of Chinese homework burden is particularly prominent,especially in the middle and senior grades.Overburdened schoolwork has affected the physical and mental development of students.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literatures' schoolwork,it focuses on the current situation of Chinese schoolwork burden in middle and senior grades of Z primary school in Yantai City.The questionnaire mainly investigates the assignment of homework,the design of teacher's curriculum and students' psychology.Each dimension is divided into small dimensions.The questionnaire is used to find out the specific manifestations of overburdened schoolwork and analyze the reasons.Based on this,improvement strategies are put forward.It is found that the current overburdens of Chinese classes in middle and senior grades in primary schools are mainly caused by the following aspects: from the perspective of homework,homework time exceeds the national regulations,the amount of homework is too much,the form of homework is divorced from students' interests,the layering of homework is not emphasized,and homework design ignores students' autonomy;from the perspective of teacher curriculum design,the content of classroom is not targeted,and teaching is not focused.The lack of clarity of learning objectives,low participation and adaptability of students in the classroom,and high expectations and extra-curricular guidance pressure based on the perspective of students' psychological pressure.Based on the analysis of the reasons and the relevanttheories and practices,the corresponding improvement strategies are put forward.The strategies mainly include the following parts: firstly,teachers should optimize the design of homework,strictly control the amount of homework according to the national standards,assign homework according to students' interests,at the same time,assign homework according to different students' learning conditions,and return the autonomy of students' homework;secondly,teachers should control homework according to the national standards.We should optimize the curriculum system and teaching content,which is the fundamental solution to the problem of overburdened schoolwork.Teachers should reasonably choose the teaching content under the guidance of curriculum standards,set clear and feasible teaching objectives according to the teaching content.On this basis,we should pay attention to students' classroom participation and adaptability,and strive for the mastery of classroom teaching content on the spot;furthermore,we should put forward the construction of a rational school and school.Family education thoughts include changing parents' and teachers' educational concepts.Finally,the paper puts forward the implementation of multi-evaluation of schoolwork,which mainly includes three aspects:teachers' multi-evaluation for the diversity of students' subject,parents' and students' co-participation in the evaluation.
