Instructional Design as the core and soul of educational technology is widely used in various kinds of education teaching activities. For first-line teachers who are engaged in work related education, instructional design is essential. But in practice, there are two problems. On one hand, the Teaching Design is the daily work of teachers, and use frequency is very high. On the other hand, the complexity of the theory of instructional design, teaching the diversity of design method,Make it difficult for teachers to learn and to use in practical work well. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the performance of its work to solve the problem of first-line teachers’ teaching design performance.This study made the following work:First, through the survey of first-line teachers and pre-service teachers, the authors grasped present situation of their actual ability level of teaching design, and found that they generally exist problems in the instructional Design of performance, especially young teachers.Second, this study analyzed deeply the reasons about performance issues of instructional design.Third, this study designed and produced a set of templates that can rapidly improve the performance of teachers’ instructional design (i.e.,design templates), so teachers don’t have much concern for the level of their instructional design ability. By using the template technology, make the instructional design work well,fast, and norms in place. and solve the problem of teachers’ instructional design performance.Last,this study had a preliminary assessment about the effectiveness of the design template.
