Under the new situation,education has developed vigorously,some educational enterprises have developed rapidly,their scale has been growing,and the competition faced by educational enterprises has been intensifying.How to stand out in the fierce market competition environment has become an important issue for the development of educational enterprises.360-degree performance evaluation method was first proposed by Intel Company and applied in the enterprise.360-degree performance management method is a commonly used performance evaluation method at present.It focuses on multi-subjects to make performance management more comprehensive and specific.360-degree performance management method is also known as omni-directional performance management method.It has the remarkable characteristics of diversification of assessment subjects.Its application in enterprise performance management is conducive to making enterprise performance management more comprehensive,better discovering the problems and shortcomings in performance management,so as to make enterprise human resources advantages play a better role.This paper takes the performance management of H Education Group as a case study,and analyses the path of performance management optimization.In the process of research,this paper firstly adopts the method of documentation and grasps the relevant theoretical knowledge points of 360-degree performance management;secondly,it uses the case analysis method to grasp the existing problems and shortcomings of the current performance management of H Education Group,designs the performance management indicators scientifically and reasonably,and distributes the weight of the indicators reasonably,so that the 360-degree performance management method can effectively respond to them.It is used in the performance management of H Education Group.The significance of this study is to ensure the pertinence and scientificity of the performance management of H Education Group,solve the problems and shortcomings in the current performance management of H Education Group,effectively improve the performance management level andmanagement efficiency of H Education Group,enhance the competitive strength of HEducation Group in the same industry,and achieve the long-term development and progress goals of H Education Group.
