Research On The Influence And Countermeasure Of Vocational Skills Competition To Secondary Vocational Education

Vocational education is an important part of the education systemin China,the current secondary vocational schools in China is facing many aspects of teaching,Teaching reform is imminent.There is a big gap between the professional level of students in the vocational education and the employment needs of the enterprises.The main reason for this situation is that the teaching of specialized courses in secondary vocational colleges still has the problems of inaccurate positioning,lack of content,simple teaching method and imperfect teaching evaluation system.This study explores the influence of vocational skills competition on the development of teaching.I did researches in the author's vocational colleges,about the allocation of teaching resources,the establishment of competition guarantee mechanism,the interaction between teaching and competition,and the awareness of teachers and students about the competition.I analyzed and summarizes the obstacles in the process of developing competition in vocational colleges.For example,the allocation of teaching resources is unreasonable,the combination of teaching and learning is low,and the enthusiasm of teachers is reduced.And through interviews and research,I put forward a few feasible strategies such as improve the resource system,improve the preparation mechanism,and correct understanding.And through practice,I achieved different results.On this basis,I analysis the results brought by all the strategies and get effective methods that can be used for a large number of vocational school.This article uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method,the case study method and so on.On the basis of relevant research on the theory,the strategy proposed by the research has been applied in the development of competition and teaching in the school where the author has been in recent years,and I have achieved certain results.After this study,we will do further follow-up studies from strengthening teaching reform,strengthening the normal development of competition,improving the evaluation model,and improving the cooperation between schools and enterprises to explore the impact of education reform on nurturing competition.
