Research On The Vocational Colleges Skill Competition Based On The Perspective Of Vocational School Development

The vocational college skill competition and social economic development complement each other.In recent years,the influence of vocational college skill competitions has been expanding,and its positive and negative impact on the development of vocational schools has gradually become a research hot spot.The paper uses literature analysis method to review and organize relevant content of vocational colleges skill competition,and to study the research status at home and abroad.Firstly,it introduces the background,theoretical value and practical value of the development of vocational colleges' skill competitions,analyzes the relevant research status and the theoretical basis of research.It is followed by the development process of the vocational college skills competition: experienced the labor competition for the purpose of restoring production,the regional start-up phase,the development stage of the national skills competition with policy as the main driving force,and then the institutionalization stage at present.The study found that each stage is inseparable from the long-term history and culture of China's production labor competition and the formation of quite mature competition experience and organizational procedures.At each stage,vocational schools have different attention towards it.This study also uses the interview method to conduct interviews and surveys on the different groups of scholars,teachers and students of Q and Y schools,analyze the materials obtained from the interviews,and use the interview results as a carrier to analyze the vocational college skills competition for occupation.The positive,negative,and existing problems in the school that caused by it.This article hopes to truly realize the goal such as everyone has the opportunity to shine,through the skill contest,and to play its positive role in promoting the development of vocational schools,and then put forward suggestions: on the one hand,balance the two pairs of contradictions in the development of vocational college competitions: regional and Unity,serviceability and demonstration;on the other hand,improve the evaluation management mechanism of vocational college competitions,build a high-qualityresource utilization mechanism,and construct competition full participation mechanism,construct skills competition and interactive mechanism of teaching reform in vocational schools.The article concludes with a summary of the findings of this paper and points out the innovations and deficiencies.
