The vocational skill contest is an important event to test the achievements of vocational education.It tests the comprehensive vocational ability of secondary vocational school students through various competitions,it also provides a platform for exchange and learning among competitors,instructors and vocational colleges.The vocational skill contest is an important activity sponsored by the Ministry of Education and co-sponsored by local governments and enterprises.It represents the development direction of the enterprise market and the demand of enterprise employment,and is the Vane of the reform of vocational colleges.With the development of the economy and the development of the vocational education,the secondary vocational education has put forward higher requirements for the training of talents.This paper emphasizes the relevant contents of the vocational skills competition as the guide,optimizing the training mode of talents in secondary vocational schools.Based on the above-mentioned background,this paper begins with the research background,explains the theoretical and practical significance of integrating the professional skills contest into the training of Secondary vocational talents,and discusses the related research trends at home and abroad,based on the theories of constructivist learning theory and five-step teaching method,this paper investigates the influence of the professional skills competition on the cultivation of talents by using the methods of questionnaire and interview,the purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of the vocational skill contest on four aspects of vocational students ' professional knowledge,professional skill operation,general vocational ability and vocational quality.Based on the reality of the major,this paper analyzes the tourism professional skills competition and the training mode of tourism service professionals in secondary vocational schools,taking the objective of the competition,the contents of the competition and the evaluation criteria as the basis,to construct the training mode of secondary vocational school students,it is to determine the training objective by shaping the comprehensive skilled talents,to optimize the curriculum,to improve the assessment and evaluation by multi-evaluation,and to deepen the practical teaching by integrating production with learning In order to implement the talent training mode under the guidance of skills competition,this paper designs the relevant cases of tourism service specialty in secondary vocational schools,and probes into the acceptability of the competition teaching mode through interviews.Finally,from the perspective of curriculum teaching and the perspective of the main body of education to optimize the construction of the vocational training model,to optimize the vocational training model from the perspective of curriculum and teaching,it is necessary to renew the training objective of secondary vocational talents,effectively integrate the teaching contents of Secondary vocational courses,diversify the teaching methods of secondary vocational schools,improve the assessment and evaluation of Secondary vocational schools,and optimize the training mode of secondary vocational talents from the perspective of educational subject,it is necessary to continuously enhance the learning interest of secondary vocational school students,gradually improve the teaching ability of secondary vocational school teachers,and continue to strengthen the construction of training bases in secondary vocational schools.
