A Study On The Employment Situation And Countermeasures Of Students Majoring In Physical Education Under The Background Of Teacher Qualification Certificate Reform

Due to the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities year by year,the number of college students graduating continues to increase,and the employment problem of college students also follows.In 2015,Hebei Province carried out teacher qualification certificate reform,teacher qualification certificate reform is an important symbol to promote teacher professionalization,teacher professionalization is the world trend of education development.The reform of teacher qualification certificate has raised the employment threshold of college students majoring in physical education,and normal school students can not obtain teacher qualification certificate directly,which means that students who do not obtain teacher qualification certificate can not engage in teacher profession,and teacher qualification certificate promotes graduates to obtain employment through various channels.This paper deals with the teacher qualifications of graduates majoring in physical education in six colleges and universities in Hebei Province.Under the background of certificate reform,this paper studies the basic situation of student employment and students' cognition of teacher qualification certificate reform,summarizes the employment situation of physical education specialty after the reform of teacher qualification certificate in six colleges and universities in Hebei Province,finds out the employment problems,explores the influence of teacher qualification certificate on the employment of students majoring in physical education,and puts forward the corresponding employment countermeasures.By using the methods of questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,field investigation,expert interview and literature,this paper analyzes the employment situation of the students majoring in physical education before and after the reform of the qualification certificate of physical education in six colleges and universities in Hebei Province,finds out the employment problems and trends,etc.,in order to find out the influence of the reform of teachers' qualification certificate on the employment of graduates majoring in physical education,and draws the following conclusions:The main results are as follows:(1)The graduates of physical education major have a high degree of recognition to the reform of teacher qualification certificate.88.92% of the students think that the school should set up the training course of teacher qualification certificate,and the proportion of teacher qualification card acquisition is increasing year by year.(2)After the reform of teacher qualification certificate,the number of graduates employed in physical education teacher industry has decreased,but the number of graduates employed in postgraduate entrance examination,civil servants,fitness industry and other enterprises and institutions has increased obviously than before the reform,and the overall employment rate has shown an increasing trend.(3)After the reform of teacher qualification certificate,the concept of students' employment has changed,and the salary and treatment,working environment and development future have become the preferred conditions for their employment.Although the teacher profession which accords with the professional training goal is still the ideal occupation for the graduates majoring in physical education,with the reform of the teacher qualification certificate,it shows a decreasing trend year by year.(4)After the reform of teacher qualification certificate,the initial employment rate and year-end employment rate of physical education graduates are increasing year by year,and the employment satisfaction of graduates is also increased obviously.More than 70% of the graduates are satisfied with their careers.(5)After the reform of teacher qualification certificate,graduates still have the problems of narrow employment vision,unclear employment goal and unreasonable employment concept.
