Development Of Older Foster Voluntary Organizations Involved In Social Work At Active Aging Perspective

In the context of the increasing aging of the world,China's aging is also growing.According to statistics from the National Working Committee on Ageing Populations,China has entered the ageing population as early as the end of the 20th century.Compared with other countries,China's aging process is accompanied by the characteristics of a large population base,an old-fashioned,and a "421" family structure.The rapid development of population aging has brought enormous challenges to the services of the elderly in the society and the social security of the elderly.How to make the elderly can enjoy their later life is the focus of attention in all walks of life in China.The emergence of "positive aging" provides us with a perspective to deal with the dilemma of the elderly in their later years.Active aging requires us to put the problem of old age into the three dimensions of "participation","health" and "guarantee" in three dimensions.Under the guidance of the elderly to improve their living standarD and quality of life in their later years.Accompanied by the development of community volunteer service,community volunteer service activities can bring the experience and wisdom of the elderly to return to the service providers who provide social services,and they are relieved of boring,depressed and life after they are old.The sense of meaning has a very positive meaning.Based on this,this study combines the practical experience of social workers in the D community to use the perspective of active aging to cultivate the actual experience of elderly volunteer organizations.Through literature review,participation observation and field interviews,the three dimensions of "active aging" are sorted out.Cultivate the meaning of old-age volunteer organizations,and design "share bicycles and civilized peers","send home for old services" and "small red-hat service team in action" under the guidance of "participation","health" and "guarantee".And a variety of volunteer service activities such as "Love the Little Sun" to attract senior citizens to participate in volunteer service activities and foster elderly volunteer service organizations.After the establishment of the D community elderly volunteer service organization,through the analysis and reflection of the social worker's participation in the cultivation process of the elderly volunteer service organization,the achievements and the experience that can be promoted in the cultivation process are summarized,and the social support found in it is lacking.Targeted improvement measures and countermeasures,such as insufficient resource connection,serious community dependence and insufficient volunteer service skills.
