The Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)puts forward that "Pre-school education should be basically popularized and rural pre-school education should be developed with emphasis" and "rural pre-school education resources should be expanded in various forms"."Guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial Implementation)" clearly points out that "all kindergartens in urban and rural areas should proceed from reality and implement quality education according to local conditions." These important documents provide an important basis for the development of curriculum resources in Rural Kindergartens according to local conditions.With the implementation of curriculum reform in kindergartens in China,rural kindergartens are paying more and more attention to developing art courses according to local conditions by utilizing their unique advantages of regional resources.Rural areas are rich in local resources,and there are many kinds of educational resources that can be tapped.The development and utilization of local resources can not only save the cost of education,but also greatly enrich the diversity and interest of art courses,increase children's initiative to explore and observe ability,promote the professional growth of preschool teachers,effectively improve the quality of education,and promote rural kindergartens to run their own characteristics.In view of this,it is of great practical significance and practical value to deeply understand the value and significance of rural kindergartens' development and utilization of local resources,and to explore the strategies,measures and methods of rural kindergartens' development of fine arts curriculum by using local resources,so as to develop rural preschool education and promote the development of rural kindergartens with local characteristics.This research chooses Hartao Town Central Park in Zhangwu County of Fuxin City as the research object,investigates and understands the current situation of using local resources to develop art courses in Rural Kindergartens in this area by means of observation,interview and data analysis,analyses the existing problems and the causes of the problems,and puts forward the strategies and methods to solve the problems pertinently.This research paper is divided into three parts:The first part is mainly the introduction,and the second part discusses the necessity of the development of local resources and the realistic conditions of the development of local resources from a realistic point of view.Secondly,it mainly explains the reasons for choosing the topic,the literature review and the definition of related concepts,and the research content and purpose of the paper.Finally,the research ideas and methods are introduced.The second part: The current situation and problems of the development and utilization of local curriculum resources in Hartao kindergarten in Zhangwu County are analyzed.The present situation and problems of the development and utilization of local resources in the central kindergarten of Hartao Town in Zhangwu County were investigated by means of interview,observation and data analysis.The third part: Starting from the actual situation and problems of the development and utilization of local resources in Hartao Central Kindergarten,the reasons for the problems are analyzed according to the actual survey results.From the aspects of educational administration,kindergartens,teachers and parents,this paper gives some suggestions and puts forward specific operational plans.
