As an important educational resource,local curriculum resources have attracted extensive attention of preschool education workers.Rural areas are rich in local education resources,rural kindergartens should make full use of it,but the actual situation is not ideal.This study,from the perspective of teachers,aims to understand the current situation of rural kindergarten teachers in the use of local curriculum resources,and find out their problems in the use of local curriculum resources,this paper analyzes the reasons that affect rural kindergarten teachers to use rural curriculum resources,and further puts forward suggestions and strategies to improve rural kindergarten teachers to use rural curriculum resources,with a view to the majority of rural kindergarten teachers more effective use of local curriculum resources to provide a reference.The main methods used in this study are literature analysis,observation,questionnaire survey and interview,to investigate the current situation of rural kindergartens in Z City,Jiangsu Province.To explore the attitude,content,method,process and effect of rural kindergarten teachers in using local curriculum resources.Through the investigation,it is found that the rural kindergarten teachers have the following four problems in the process of using local curriculum resources.First,Rural Preschool Teachers are passive in the use of rural curriculum resources,seeking superficial forms of Presentation;Second,Rural Preschool Teachers use rural curriculum resources,the choice of content is shallow,lack of breadth and depth;third,fourth,the rural preschool teachers use the rural curriculum resources in a single way,lack of flexibility.Fourth,rural preschool teachers use the rural curriculum resources of poor results,slow to promote radiation.Analysis of the causes of the problems mainly have four aspects.Firstly,teachers’ awareness of curriculum resources is weak;secondly,teachers rely on textbooks to lighten curriculum design;thirdly,teachers neglect the environment construction of local curriculum implementation;fourthly,teachers lack corresponding guidance and training.In order to promote the further use of rural curriculum resources in rural kindergartens,in view of the existing problems,this study proposes the following improvement strategies: first,to set up a rural curriculum resources bank to provide resources for teachers;To carry out rich kindergarten-based research and training activities to enhance teachers’ professional capacity;third,to develop evaluation and incentive measures toenhance teachers’ enthusiasm;fourth,to create real local situations and integrate local curriculum resources;fifth,to design parent-child activities based on local communities,realization of the utilization of local curriculum resources by home co-education.
