Under the background of economic globalization,the scientific literacy of citizens has gradually become the key to the prosperity of the country and the foundation for sustainable development.It has become a fundamental factor influencing social progress,and students are the future of national development.Therefore,the scientific literacy of students has become the world.In the field of science education in various countries,there are constant concerns and research issues.The science curriculum standards in various countries also regard the cultivation of student’s scientific literacy as the basic goal for exact implementation.Therefore,how to effectively evaluate scientific literacy has become a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the field of education evaluation in various countries.This article is based on PISA,a famous international student evaluation project to study the cultivation and evaluation of high school students’scientific literacy.PISA is the English abbreviation of"Programme for international Student Assessment".It is an international student ability assessment project planned and organized by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development(OECD)[1].Over the years,PISA has adopted a series of advanced evaluation concepts and operating models to critically evaluate the scientific literacy of 15-year-old international students.Its purpose is to understand how school education prepares students for their future lives.PISA assessments involve a wide range of social life.Each student can find a suitable field and demonstrate his own strengths,which is conducive to the individual development of students.The evaluation results of PISA have attracted the attention of policy makers all over the world.Its unique evaluation results and advanced evaluation concepts must have a profound impact on science teaching in China.As the so-called"stones from other mountains can be used to attack jade",this paper focuses on the research framework and implementation characteristics of the PISA science literacy assessment.Through the collection of some physics-related PISA scientific examples,the PISA scientific literacy evaluation concept is further analyzed in depth from the practical aspects of the questions.Ways to use PISA as a reference in teaching practice,hoping to have important implications for the reform of high school physics teaching and the current basic education evaluation system.Including:(1)Focusing on the connotation of refinement in teaching and evaluation.(2)Pay attention to the implementation of scientific inquiry in the teaching process.(3)Focus on cognitive processes and in-depth thinking.(4)Pay attention to creating a scientific situation in teaching.(5)Pay attention to student participation and so on.
