Improving the scientific literacy of citizens is valued by all countries in that it can improve the competitiveness of domestic ability, while how to do it has attracted the attention of all countries. The scientific literacy of most citizens is mainly formed in the compulsory education stage, and the examination is an important means to evaluate the compulsory education stage. For example,a better evaluation method can promote the students to improve their own scientific literacy in school education. In the multiple evaluation of the compulsory education stage, the students’ academic level test is a formal evaluation of large scale.,so it is necessary to establish a scientific and perfect evaluation of the academic level of junior high school to promote the cultivation of citizens’ scientific cultivation better.Biological science literacy is an important part of scientific literacy,so improving it of students can facilitate the improvement of students’ overall scientific literacy.PISA assessment is internationally recognized as a scientific literacy assessment method, and has greater advantages in assessing scientific literacy. The international PISA scientific literacy assessment and the secondary school biology test are compared and analyzed.Through the analysis,we can find out what can be learned from the PISA scientific literacy evaluation. The main purpose of this study is to find out the advantages of the scientific literacy test in the scientific literacy test of PISA through the analysis of PISA scientific literacy test questions and junior high school biology exam questions for providing suggestions for our biological test questions and further improve the students’ scientific literacy in the teaching. The main research methods are literature analysis, content analysis and comparative study. The necessity of investigating scientific literacy is analyzed by literature analysis. The content analysis method is used to analyze the evaluation of PISA scientific literacy and the evaluation of junior high school biology test.includes:(1)The biology academic level test of junior high school stipulates the specific scope of investigation for the knowledge that needs to be examined. The specific scope of the situation is not stipulated for the test system, and the PISA assessment provides a scope for the test situation.(2)PISA is more focused on students’ ability test than junior middle school biology test questions.(3)The scoring process of PISA’s scientific literacy assessment is divided into two separate processes: grading and scoring.According to the difference between them,we can draw the following enlightenments.(1)Drawing lessons from PISA assessment can promote the renewal of educational concept in junior middle school biology test, strengthen the training of students’ ability, and promote students’ adaptation to future life.(2)The content of teaching assessment should be innovated to promote the implementation of three-dimensional goals of biology.(3)In this way,we can not only calculate the total score of the students, understand the knowledge of the students, but also analyze the students’ thinking way of answering each question.(4)The standards of change evaluation and PISA scientific literacy test questions do not give a single standard answer,so that students can give full play to students’ thinking ability and increase their interest in learning. Therefore,to give a hint to Shandong junior high school biology academic proficiency test,we can not simply add students’ scores, but also pay attention to students’ ability test. Therefore,a hint is given to the junior high school biology research level in Shandong Province. It is not possible to simply add the student’s score, but also to focus on the test of student ability.
