Sanda project has strong competition and fierceness, which leads to certain risks in teaching process. In order to ensure the safety of Sanda teaching and achieve the teaching objectives under unconventional conditions, the author collects data through reference researches, expert interviews, questionnaire surveys et cetera, using logical analysis, mathematical statistics and other research methods to gain a quantitive survey statistics and establish a Sanda teaching risk assessment index system.Through a one-year Sanda teaching and research in Iceland, the Icelandic Sanda teaching is taken as an example to conduct empirical research, quantitatively evaluate the teaching risks and propose prevention and management measures.1.The first-level indicators of Sanda teaching risks assessment consists of four factors, and the order of weights is: teachers' factor > students' factor> management factor> environmental factor.2.Under these four first-level indicators, there are 18 secondary indicators and71 risk points in Sanda teaching risk assessment index system. In the second-level index, the order of weight is teachers' responsibility > students' learning attitude >teachers' safety awareness > students' safety awareness > teaching actualization >students' physical and mental quality > safety education > system management >students' fitness level > teaching venues and facilities > Teaching preparation >sports equipment >teaching standards > Risk management > Natural environment >Students' training age > Medical support > Opponents.3.The results of the study of Sanda teaching risk in Iceland indicate the risk rated ratio is student factor, environment factor, teacher factor, and management factor.4.According to the evaluation criteria of Sanda teaching risk assessment, theresult in Iceland is classified as good.Among the second level index, the evaluation of teacher factor is good, the student factor is acceptable, the management factor is good, and the environment factor is acceptable.
