Martial arts is the "quintessence" of the Chinese nation.With the national attention to martial arts,martial arts routines and Sanda courses have been set up in some colleges and universities throughout the country.However,due to the strong antagonism and intensity of Wushu Sanda project,it hides certain safety risks in the teaching process.Therefore,it is necessary to study the safety problems and prevention and control strategies of Sanda teaching in colleges and universities.Especially in Hunan Province,where Sanda courses start late,it is necessary to do well the risk cognition and prevention of Sanda teaching.Through the research methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi method and questionnaire,the risk factors of Sanda teaching in colleges and universities are screened,and the cognitive situation of the risk factors of Sanda teaching in Hunan Province is analyzed.The aim is to summarize the present situation of Sanda teaching risk in Hunan universities,to study the strategies of Sanda teaching risk prevention and control in Hunan universities,and to provide the experience and theoretical reference for the development of Sanda teaching risk prevention and control in Hunan universities in the future.Studies have shown that:1.university Sanda teaching risk factors index classification table:is composed of 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,73third-level indicators.2.the present situation of Sanda teaching risk in Hunan universities:1)the risk of teachers is mainly the misuse of teaching tools and techniques,the single teaching content and not in line with the actual situation of students,the lack of on-site command experience and the lack of understanding of potential risk factors.2)the risk of students is mainly their own speed,strength and other poor physical quality,short years of practice Sanda,their own ability to fight against the weak,non-standard movement and poor self-control ability of 9 primary factors;3)Environmental risk is mainly indoor and outdoor temperature difference,boxing and foot target,such as the quality of protective equipment unqualified,personal emotional and emotional fluctuations,Sanda site quality and physical fitness training equipment safety risks,a total of 5 primary factors;4)system risk is mainly the management of students' behavior norms is not enough,the first aid experience in the face of emergencies is not enough and the first aid drugs for sports injury are not complete.3.strategies of prevention and control of Sanda teaching risk inHunan universities :(1)risk avoidance before injury;(2)damage control,risk transfer and risk taking after injury.
