| College graduates is a new and important group for the employment in town.The quality of their employment has immediate impact on social stability.Providing them with high-quality and full employment could help accumulating strong human resources for the economic development in our country in new age.The level of how they adapt themselves to the employment environment influences the employment quality directly as well as their integration into society.Under the background of complex employment environment with severe competition,this thesis conducts a survey on the employment adaptability of students graduating from S university in 2017 to point out the problems of adaption in the employment process.It analyzes the factors influencing the employment adaptability of college graduates based on the theories on social work.It puts forward the strategies about enhancing the social integration of employment service in universities and establishing the diversified employment support network for graduates in order to improve the quality of employment service,solve the adaption problem effectively and promote the social integration of college graduates. |
