With the gradual establishment and improvement of China's socialist market economic system,China's outstanding retired athletes'resettlement and severe employment of college students has become problems,which exert great effects on athletes in colleges.Therefore,to do well the employment service is the guarantee of the sustainable development of competitive sports talents as well as the key to alleviate the employment difficulties of athletes in vocational colleges.However,vocational colleges are confronted with severe challenges in lack of awareness of social service,openness and close contact with our society.By adopting the theories of co-governance and career planning,as well as the method of the literature data interview,this paper is an analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the employment service management in Fujian Sports Vocational College,and a further discussion of the causes of the deficiencies.From the multiple perspectives of goverrnment,vocational colleges,employers and athletes,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening policy support,setting up a new concept of employment service,enriching employment service curriculum system,improving emplovyment service related mechanisms,and ensuring athletes'special funds,in order to optimize the allocation of resources and mobilize the enthusiasm of social participation to promote the development of the atlhletes'employment service in Fujian Sports Vocational College. |
