As the pace of life quickens and competition intensifies,people are facing more and more mental pressure.As students are no exception,in the current exam-oriented education environment,high schools unilaterally pursue the promotion rate and parents' high expectations of their children's success,which make high school students bear great learning pressure and cause them different degrees of physical,psychological and social problems.This research is based on the " Colorful Classroom" service of Y Community Service Center in Zhengzhou where the internship is held,and takes the middle school students served as the research object,and uses the research methods of interview and questionnaire to evaluate the needs of the middle school students in the " Colorful Classroom".Based on the analysis of relevant materials,the middle school students in the “Colorful Classroom” of Zhengzhou Y Community Activity Center have different levels of learning pressure:negative and inferiority;physical discomfort,such as dizziness and headache insomnia and other issues;incorrectly understanding the learning pressure and adopting unreasonable decompression methods,such as frequent online surfing,smoking and drinking.In response to this problem and demand,we carried out six “I Believe,I Can,I Do”group activities,through the intervention of the group's social work,as well as the behavior of the group members,the expression of ideas,and the changes before and after the activities.Starting from the influence of stress on body,emotion and body,this paper evaluates and reflects on the whole group activities in order to put forward scientific and feasible ways to help middle school students to better relieve learning pressure.During the activity development,the author seriously participated and analyzed each group's activity process,and finally evaluated and reflected according to the preliminary results of the activity and the practice results of the group activities.I hope that through the summary and reflection,I can provide some ideas and case references for the group work to intervene in solving the problem of high school students' learning pressure and improving the practice of relevant group work.
