Research On The Construction Of "Double-Competency" Teachers Under The Background Of Dual System Reforms

In the new era,the party and the state attaches great importance to the development of vocational education and successively promulgated the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education,the Plan for the Construction of a Modern Vocational Education System(2014-2020),and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Improving the Ranks of Teachers in the New Age,These series of policies defined the importance and general requirements of the construction of the teaching staff,and made a systematic planning and design for the construction of the teacher team in vocational schools.Fujian Province conscientiously implemented the strategic deployment of Vocational Education in the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and implemented the"dual system"talent training model reform of Fujian version.In the process of reform,the construction of"double-competency"teachers is always a hurdle.Based on this,this study comprehensively used the literature data comprehensive analysis method,case empirical research method,questionnaire survey method,and statistical data analysis method,focusing on the type,source,and quality requirements of the"double-competency"teachers’team based on the background of Fujian"dual system"reform.At the same time,this study combined with the practical situation of"double-competency"teacher team building in C College,deeply explored the causes of the problem,and pointedly proposed that,in the context of the"dual system"reform,the establishment of"double-competency"teachers in vocational colleges and the countermeasures and suggestions.We hope to implement strategies such as"broadening channels,optimizing team structure","based on training,improving competency","reasonable assessment,building the talent team,""strengthening incentives,and improving the level of vocational education",etc.,to reform the"dual system"talent training model for Fujian.The establishment of a"double-competency"teacher team provides reference and practical samples,and lays a solid foundation for running a satisfactory education for the people.
