In the context that the state vigorously develop vocational education,the importance of vocational education has gradually been recognized by the society.How to develop it well is an important topic for us.For the better and faster development,the key to vocational education lies that the talents training objective and talent training mode,etc,can highlight the characteristics of vocational education,the cultivated talents can adapt to the integration development of social economy and industry,and in which the vocational education teachers play a determinative role.College-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning,industry-education integration is the feature of vocational education,to improve the quality of vocational education comprehensively,to promote vocational ability of vocational education talents,and to cultivate applied talents conforming to industrial transformation and upgrading are the important tasks and objectives for vocational education teachers to carry out the education teaching activities,which also put forward higher requirements to the development of vocational education teachers.So double-competency teachers exist for showing the vocational education characteristics and adapt to the talents training objective vocational education.Building the double-competency teaching staff and improving the quality of it is the main aim of deeply developing vocational education,improving the quality of the educational talents training and promoting the connotative development of vocational colleges.Choosing a higher vocational college as the study object on a basis of the real background,this study investigates both the college and teachers,and deeply analyzes the difficulties in the double-competency teachers training.Then according to the research results,it discusses the optimization strategies of double-competency teachers training from the theoretical,macro-level,meso-level and micro-level elements.Hope that this study can substantively promote the training effects of double-competency teachers,strengthen the building of double-competency teaching staff,and also affords lessons to improve the teacher training of vocational education.There are five chapters in this thesis,the specific content is summarized as follows:The first chapter,as the introduction,elaborates the origin,background and significance of the research,lists the related literature review of the research object,systematically elaborates the research status at home and board,and raises the ideas and methods of this research.The second chapter,as the sample survey and analysis,holds a detailed questionnaire survey and deep interview from college teachers' and college management's point of view,and deeply analyzes and interprets the survey data and the interview results,which provides data foundation for the follow-up study.The third chapter,as the cause analysis of the problems,according to the analysis results of the related data and interview,analyzes the problems existing in double-competency teachers training from the theoretical,macro-level,meso-level and micro-level elements,and strives for the overall,objective and in-depth analysis of the questions and causes.The fourth chapter,as the countermeasures and suggestions,pointedly puts forward the optimization strategies of double-competency teachers training,and proposes the operative suggestions.The fifth chapter,as the conclusion and the outlook,draws an important conclusion of this study,thinks and points out the shortcomings,and looks ahead into the future research.
