Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Physical Literacy Of College Students In Wuhan

Under the background of the new era,improving the health literacy and physical quality of the whole people and strengthening the health education in schools have become the key research topics in the current sports reform.Wuhan,as the education center city of Hubei Province,and college students as the source of emerging forces in today's society,the cultivation and improvement of physical literacy will become the basis for the high-quality development of talents in the future.However,at present,the research on college students' physical literacy in Wuhan is still in its initial stage,and insufficient attention has been paid to college students' physical literacy.On the basis of constructing the index system of physical literacy investigation,this paper aims to investigate and analyze the current situation of the level of physical literacy of Wuhan university students and give a conclusion feedback,which provides new ideas for the research of physical literacy and has important guiding significance and reference value for the development of physical literacy of Wuhan university students.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.First of all,the significance and background of the research,research objects and methods are elaborated.Secondly,6first-class indexes and 19 second-class indexes are selected and determined by expert investigation method.Data analysis method and membership analysis method are used as data processing tools for questionnaire.Thirdly,seven universities in Wuhan were selected to send out questionnaires to collect information.In order to ensure the universality and representativeness of the survey results,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education focused on collecting information of non-sports majors.Finally,the information is deduced and summarized,with emphasis on the visual analysis of the current situation through the chart method,the problems are grasped and summarized,and the strategies are put forward accordingly.According to the results of the questionnaire and interview on college students' physical literacy in Wuhan,the study found that the current situation is: the campus sports atmosphere is not strong enough;The construction of college students' sportsknowledge is not perfect enough.Has not yet formed a complete sports thinking;The orientation of sports emotion,attitude and values still needs to be guided.The consciousness of sports participation and sports input is not strong;And the slow development of sports innovation.In view of the current situation of college students' physical literacy in Wuhan and the problems found,this paper puts forward four specific strategies from the perspectives of the state,society,schools and individuals:to formulate scientific policies for sports reform and development,to promote positive sports values,to cultivate competition culture,to create sports atmosphere,to broaden sports knowledge,to expand thinking ability,to cultivate diversified sports skills,to increase investment in sports innovation and scientific research,and to encourage sports innovation.The conclusion and suggestion of Wuhan university students' physical literacy are universal in theory.It is hoped that the research on the national university students' physical literacy will be carried out from theory to practice,and the leap from quantitative change to qualitative change will be completed,which will help to gradually improve the university students' physical literacy in Wuhan city and even in the whole country,to help sports reform and to help sports power.
