Study Of Current Status & Strategy On Information Literacy Education For Students In PE Major At Jiangxi Province

As the human society developing with new characteristic of information and knowledge,information aad knowledge have become the most important social resource. Under the new informational background bases on the essential feature of digit and internet,people's quality to gain information is the pivotal element for developing and utilizing information resources.The 21^st century is a new ear of lifelong education, lifelong learning and study socialization.As the change of knowledge and social reform, educators should from the new sight of educational time and educational value to consider problems.Under this grand background,the education of information literacy is especially important for physical students in university.The education of information literacy will let students learn how to study,which kind of high efficient study using modern informational technology,and then let them become the master of study,and establish their lifelong studying idea and develop their creative quality.There are four parts of this article.The first part is foreword,which bases on referring to lots of documents.It explores and analyzes the developing and changing concepts and connotation of the quality to gaining information,and then expounds the situation of the education of information literacy domestic and abroad.The second part discusses the research object and method.The third part is the core part regarding the result and discussion.After a lot of research,the author analyzes the factors that influence the education for university physical students ia JiangXi province to gain information.And then gives countermeasures for promoting the level of education of information literacy for university physical students in JiangXi province.The coaclusion of the fourth part is:there are many flaws in education of information literacy for university physical students in JiangXi province.For teachers in physical department,their own quality to gain information is insufficient:their level for this kind of quality should be improved.Moreover,the sense of quality education of gaining information is backward.All of these will affect the development of quality education of gaining information for university physical students.The style and method for quality education of gaining information are undeveloped,and need reformed.The quality level for students to gain information is low,they lack the proper understand about the education of information literacy,therefore lack the demand and initiative to learn. Information resource about physical and sport in library is insufficient and can not satisfy students need for studying and researching.The stadium lacks hardware facilities of informational education and the informationize educational environment of physical courses needs be improved.Proposal:1,we should establish modern education idea,and bring the education of information literacy into the quality education for university physical students.2, deepen the education reform and enhance the use of informational technology in physical and sport education,and create new model of physical and sport education.3,Teachers should improve their study and information literacy.4,reform the present model of information education,and develop education of information literacy for students in every direction.5,improve the hardware and software facilities for university physical students under the background of education of information literacy,and provide good educational environment for them to gain information.
