State Council document "Opinions of the Central Committee of theCommunist Party of China on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideologicaland Political Education for University Students" proposes that college studentsare a very valuable resource,a hope for the nation,and a future for themotherland.A large number of studies have shown that most college studentshave psychological problems.Sports can help people relax and increase vitality.Mindfulness training can calm people’s emotions and correct people’s feelingsand values.Integrating mindfulness training into physical education caneffectively play both roles,effectively improve people’s negative emotions andimprove people’s Mental health index.The purpose of this study is to explore theeffect of the integration of mindfulness training on the psychological health ofcollege students,and provide a reference for national decision-making toimprove the quality of physical education and improve the students’ personality.This article uses a random sampling method to randomly select two classesof non-sports majors in Guangxi Normal University as the research subjects,anduses various mental health indicators such as interpersonal relationships,anxiety and depression,and psychoticism in contemporary college students asindicators.Conduct physical teaching incorporating mindfulness training anddiscuss its effect.Subjects were divided into two groups: experimental andcontrol groups,each group was 30 people,experimental class implements theteaching of mindfulness training,normal class teaching with no mindfulnesstraining.The experimental teaching is one semester.Before the teaching begins,apretest is performed on the experimental group and the control group,once aweek experiment teaching and issuing questionnaires--SymptomChecklist(SCL-90),the collected data is analyzed and processed using spss13.0statistical software package.Researchresult:1.Before the experiment began,60 non-public professionalstudentshad46 total scores exceeding 160,and 76% of the subjects exceeded the nationalnorm.The average of the scores of each subscale is within two standarddeviations,which indicates that the mental health problems of Guangxi NormalUniversity students cannot be ignored.2.After one semester of physical education with mindfulness training,themental health status of the experimental class students has greatlyimproved.Thesymptoms of the program changed from the medium to the lowlevel beforetheexperimental teaching,and after the experimental teaching.TheF3 interpersonalsensitivity factor,F4 depression factor,and F5 anxiety factor hadsignificant difference before experiment teaching(p<0.05);3.After one semester of teaching in the control group,there was nosignificant change in mental health status of students before and after the end ofthe term.4.Before the experimental teaching,there were no significant differencesbetween the experimental group and the control group.After one semester ofphysical education,there was a significant difference.Among them,the scores ofthe F3 interpersonal sensitivity factor,F4 depressive factor,F5 anxiety factorscores in the physical subjects that incorporate the mindfulness training arelower than the scores of the student scores in the physical subjects that are notincorporated into the mindfulness training.(p<0.05)5.Research shows that physical training can improve college students’ mental health. |
