With the development of socialization and urbanization,the structure between the city and country has been adjusting.The migrant workers that from the rural to urban constantly emerging,and accompanying problem of migrant workers' children is concerned.I use qualitative research method in this study and taking the symbolic interaction theory as the theoretical basis,taking a village and town in Henan Province as an example,looking for research objects through snowball way,taking participatory observation and semi structure interview method to collect data,and deeply analyze the self-identification of migrant workers' children.Through the data collection and analysis,it is found that the self-identification of the migrant children shows continuity and difference,and presents different types of expression,namely,the positive orientation of adaptation,integration and development,and the negative orientation of deviant,antagonistic and lagging.The influence of social policy environment,the function of social support network and the ability of adjustment and integration by oneself are the main factors that affect the process of self-identity construction process of the migrant children.On this basis,trying to use the unique work ideas and skills of social work to intervene and discusses to constructing a positive self-identification method.The results show that,under the dual interweave of personal identity and social identity,the realities of migrant workers' self-identity with their children are obviously influenced by the real environment and self-characteristics,and the practical intervention methods of social work need to be further discussed.The next step is to make a further comparison and distinction between the self-identity analysis of the children and the general psychological analysis,and more in-depth analysis of the self in the mirror of the individual inner self and external combination.
