The new curriculum reform emphasizes students 'main position,and teaching should give full play to students' initiative.The guide case has the role of guiding students to take the initiative.Micro videos enhance students ' interest in learning in a vivid and intuitive way,and combining the two can make students recognize,receive,digest and absorb new knowledge in a simple and clear way.In the process of learning,students can also find the confusion encountered in time,so as to communicate and answer with teachers and students.In this study,we can hackle the concept of micro-video through literature method.By applying the micro-learning theory,constructivist learning theory,mixed learning theory and proximal development area theory,we can study the related problems of biology micro-class.On the basis of the study situation analysis,topic selection analysis and teaching goal,this paper designs the guiding case of "Practice using microscope "," Plant Cell" and "Green Plant is the maker of Organic matter in Biosphere" in the seventh grade of junior high school biology.In the course of teaching practice in the experimental class,we constantly reflect on the effect of classroom implementation,teaching process and teaching design,modify the practicability and deficiency of the guide case,and form a "micro video guide case" teaching method which is more suitable for application and practice.Before the experiment,both the control class and the experimental class issued a questionnaire on the students' understanding of the teaching methods of "micro video teaching plan",and a pre-test questionnaire on the students' learning effect.After the experiment,Distribute a post-test questionnaire on students' learning effect and use SPSS software to analyze it statistically,And the p values of the four dimensions of autonomous learning,learning motivation,learning efficiency and learning participation were less than 0.01,It is concluded that the effect of this teaching method on students' learning is significantly different,and the p values of the four dimensions of the control class were all greater than 0.05,No significant difference,So,you know,The teaching method of "micro video guide case" can promote students' learning effect.In addition,In the course of the experiment,the author evaluates the effect of the experiment class and the control class through the exercise test,It is concluded that the correct rate of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class.Statistical analysis of midterm and final grades,We got 75.7% of the experimental class,The control class scored 70.9,The results of the experimental class are better than those of the control class.The research shows that the teaching method of "micro video guide case" is applied to junior high school biology classroom,and the micro video is played in the classroom introduction link,which can stimulate students' interest in learning.It also helps to strengthen students' main position,from passive learning to active learning.
